Welcome to the world of Kate’s! That crazed face is all about the loony fun and crazy days we are having here and the fact that we have pulled it off. Here is our new website. We can’t wait to have some fun with it , show you how we like to play, and help bring to you the foods we like to play with! For now, here’s a quick synopsis of what’s been going on.
We have rebranded. Now, we are calling the bars “Kate’s,” as you can see on the site.
We are expanding. After some sales trips, words of mouth, words of blog, and published reviews in SKI and DIRTRIDER magazines, we now have retailers in Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, and other states as far as Buckman’s in Pennsylvania. What are the words we hear about the bars? “Omgaw thasso goob!”
We are creating new bars. Keep watch out for some new exciting flavors on the horizon. Also, Kate’s Grizzly Bar has changed to the dark chocolate version of Kate’s TRAM BAR. Yaaaaah!
We will be having specials. Be sure to check online for our specials and sales, and sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
Sorry, until we have a newsletter, keep informed on Facebook for special alerts and playful doings.
The human factor. As we are far from perfect, it will not be instantaneous that all of our products and written materials will coincide with this web launch.
Also, we may find that our new site may need to be oiled in a few places as we start using it, so if you encounter any problems, please let us know so we can pass it on to Scott, our dorky web spinner!
Who are we now?
We are still a small company, but are trying to become better while staying true to our roots.
Our roots are PLAY based. The Tram Bar was made, after all, as a food to enable us to play all day without needing to stop for long, whether it be skiing, biking, hiking, running, or whatever play we do.
Our roots are good tasting, healthy, natural and organic Real Foods. I don’t eat things purely to get calories in! I love to eat great food, taste different flavors, textures, and enjoy my eating experience overall, especially while doing something I love! And natural, organic ingredients are healthier for our bodies and for our planet.
I also see our roots as people and community, establishing good relations, and honest communications, all a part of real good living.
Help ,watch, and be a part of our new journey of growth. We welcome all the suggestions and help we can get!
We are here to help you play and eat good food.
All for play, and play for all.
