In the rare event that you're not satisfied with our products, please contact customerservice@katesrealfood.com within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis and are committed to great taste and providing our amazing customers with a positive experience. Please have your order number available when you contact us to help expedite your request.

You have the right to request a chargeback, however this will delay the refund process. We recommend reaching out to us and giving us the opportunity to refund you before requesting a chargeback. 

Damaged and Defective Items

We do our best to ensure every order and snack lives up to our high-quality, manufacturing standards. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customerservice@katesrealfood.com within 30 days of purchase. Our team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Support Team. 

Refund Exceptions

Our standard refund policy does not apply to all items. Below are products that cannot be refunded:

  • Promotional & discounted items
  • Giveaways & contest winnings
  • Replacement orders

Subscription Cancellation Policy

In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal, click here to access, or by emailing customerservice@katesrealfood.com.

If you wish to cancel after your payment is processed, please email cs@katesrealfood.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund of an order once it has been processed and shipped.
