Subscription Cancellation Policy:

In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal, click here to access, or by emailing customerservice@katesrealfood.com

If you wish to cancel after your payment is processed, please email customerservice@katesrealfood.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but will not be able to cancel or refund an order once it has been processed and shipped.
