Great Taste Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Kate’s Real Food. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, please contact cs@katesrealfood.com within 30 days of delivery.

Because our products are food items, returns are not required. We handle refund and replacement requests thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers. For example, refund or replacement requests might cover issues such as dissatisfaction with taste, freshness concerns, or damaged packaging.

Please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, our resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact
cs@katesrealfood.com within 30 days of delivery.

When available, include photos of the item and packaging helps us resolve your issue more quickly. Based on the circumstances and inventory availability, we will issue a replacement or a refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You always have the right to request a chargeback through your payment provider. Please note that chargebacks are handled by third parties and may take longer to resolve. Contacting our Customer Support team first allows us to resolve issues more quickly and ensures you receive the full benefit of our refund and replacement policies.

Refund exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery)
  • Free items, giveaways, or contest prizes
  • Replacement orders
  • Orders purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the original seller)

Note that our Great Taste Guarantee is intended to address genuine dissatisfaction, and we reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse.

Subscription cancellation policy

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by contacting cs@katesrealfood.com. Modifications can include pausing your subscription, skipping an order, adjusting delivery frequency, or changing product preferences.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be submitted at least one business day before the scheduled charge date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund. However, any future orders will be canceled upon request.
