What is Kate’s Real Food Wholesale Program?
Our Wholesale Program is designed to offer our valued customers a great-tasting, on-the-go snack product at a discounted price.
Who is eligible to participate in Kate’s Real Food Wholesale Program?
Businesses with a valid EIN/sales tax ID are welcome to join our program. If you’re not a business and don’t have a valid EIN, you can place an order at katesrealfood.com.
Who is ineligible for participation?
- Online resellers, including third party sellers on Amazon.
- Anyone with a shipping address outside of the United States or intending to export
- Sellers that do not have a valid EIN.

What pricing is offered for Kate's Real Food Wholesale Program?
Once your application is approved, you’ll have access to exclusive, discounted pricing. We may occasionally update our pricing and will notify you of those changes with explanation within a 30 day notice.
What perks can I expect if I join?
The KRF Wholesale Program offers:
- Exclusive, discounted pricing
- Grants you access to an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager
- Features your store locations on our store locator
- Offers free display options to ensure our product successfully sells in your business
- n-kind sponsorships and donations for your company’s events
- Ability to easily place orders online at your convenience
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax on orders.
Can I get a better deal if I purchase a large quantity?
Absolutely! If you intend to place an order of over 1,000 bars please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my application to get approved?
Applications that are eligible will be approved within 24-48 hours.
Will I receive promotional materials?
We offer free display options upon request.
Why aren’t all products available through Kate’s Real Food Wholesale?
Although we would love to offer all our customers all our great-tasting products, it’s important that we maintain a level of exclusivity to certain partners and programs based on contractual obligations in place.
What is your refund/return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis and are committed to great taste and providing our wholesale partners with a positive experience. If you receive a damaged or defective item and would like to submit a claim, please contact our team at email@example.com within 15 days of receipt of the product.
What are the shipping charges?
Orders over $180 receive free shipping, excluding AK and HI. Shipping on orders under $180 is calculated by your geographical location during checkout.
What is your lead time?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing orders.
Do you ship outside of the contiguous 48 states?
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii but have not expanded internationally just yet
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $126.80.
I can’t meet the minimum. How do I order less?
