If the unthinkable happens and you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory package we must be notified within 5 days of receiving your product.
At that point, depending on the specific issue you are having with your bars, we can send a refund to your method of payment or replace your bars.
In order to give you credit for product damaged during shipping we will need photographic evidence to present to FedEx. Fortunately, we live in a time where you can whip out your phone and capture the proof instantaneously.
Depending on the issue we may request that you return damaged product to us for investigation.
